Zoning approval was granted for site re-zoning requirements associated with the proposed 105 unit, condominium development – FORMA, located in mid-town Phoenix. SALTANS ARCHITECTS, in association with development partners Forma AZ, LLC, developed the design and were instrumental in gaining zoning approval.
